My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good points. The rooms were decent for the price, although the constant loud Spanish music was a bit bothersome. The housekeeper, Vasquez, did a great job keeping the room clean, but the noise from the housekeeping staff gathering outside early in the morning was disruptive. The service was a mixed bag; some staff members were unbelievably nice, while others were not willing to communicate and seemed to be cutting corners. The location was good, being on the quieter north side of the island, but being next to a facility that provided loud fireworks wasn't ideal. The dining experience was average, with limited breakfast options. Overall, a stay with some positives and negatives.
